Delivery Information

Our AEDs are delivered, peace of mind to the address of your choice. 

Standard courier delivery - our delivery partner is UPS.

Unfortunately, although couriers are very reliable we are still using a third party to deliver on our behalf and cannot guarantee any delivery date especially as AED batteries are class 9 hazardous goods which may be inspected by the courier which will delay delivery by several days.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Customer's address (USA deliveries only) deliveries outside the United States cannot be guaranteed and an additional delivery charge will apply at cost and the Customer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

Standard delivery charges will apply to all orders under $100 at a fixed rate of $9.99. Delivery charges will apply to all orders if delivered to Alaska and / or Hawaii.
