CU Medical Systems has been an established manufacturer of defibrillators for over 10 years, which makes them quite the expert in this area. Their involvement in research and development has allowed them to create the popular iPAD SP1 and SP2 defibrillators which has become the go-to device for many public locations.
Combining life-saving functions with an easy-to-use and friendly design, CU Medical Systems have created a range of AEDs suitable for both untrained and professional users.
Choosing your defibrillator
CU Medical Systems have created a range of defibs to suit all levels of experience, from the untrained to medical experts. Each device has been designed to look friendly and non-threatening, giving all users the confidence to take control in an emergency situation.
You can choose your device based on your level of experience or even between the Semi and Fully automatic options available. You should note that no matter which AED you choose, any user will be able to handle the device and use it to deliver a rescue process, those more medically trained will be able to take advantage of the additional features, but it will not prevent a less experienced rescuer from using the device.
Using your CU Medical Systems device
Once you’ve found the AED that’s right for you, we recommend that you also look into attending a CPR and AED training course along with other potential users, to help you get to know your life-saving device.
Our CPR and AED courses help you to become familiarised with all of the features of your new defibrillator, even using an exact training model of your chosen device so you can fully understand its unique functions!
Taking part in a training course will allow you to become comfortable handling the device and will give you the confidence to act in an emergency situation, allowing you to provide immediate care to the patient, and boosting the effectiveness of the rescue.
